CATERING SERVICE INFORMATION
- INGREDIENTS AND PREPARATION
We specially select our ingredients for each menu from our local suppliers, using organic ingredients where possible. You are guaranteed that your menu will be prepared freshly. All our menus are cooked in our kitchen. Please make sure that the orders are placed at lease 48 hours before delivery to ensure that we can source the ingredients in time.
- DELIVERY AND TRANSPORTATION
Your order is loaded from our central kitchen and transported to your premises just prior to service or if you have your own facilities, the menu can be prepared / cooked there.
We use refrigerated vans for transport, ensuring that all food arrives fresh to our customers.
It can be stored in a gastronome holder to keep it hot or cold on your premises.
We are able to supply experienced staff at competitive prices.
Waiting staff - from £12.00 per hour for a minimum of four hours and this includes setting up tables, serving and cleaning up afterwards.
If you required, we would organise all other staff by arrangement.
Unless agreed otherwise crockery, cutlery, tableware linen and glasses are free (should you however, have your own staff we can still supply the above items, but would expect you to reimburse for any breakages or losses.
Delivery would be free of charge for numbers of ten or above. We charge a collection charge and the final invoice is subjected to the Congestion Charge at the prevailing rate were applicable.
We would be delighted to organise floral arrangements, from simple minimalist arrangements to awesome urns of mixed blossoms. These are available from £20.00 per item.
Payment (100% deposit) is required to secured the provisional booking. We accept most credit cards, cheques and cash.
VAT will be added to all quoted prices at the standard rate.
